Service Description
DEsnaf is a mediation platform that connects local businesses with customers. You can place orders, make appointments, and book reservations through the platform. DEsnaf is not directly responsible for the products and services offered by businesses.
Account Registration
- You must be over 18 years of age
- You are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for your account security
- Do not share your account with third parties
Orders and Payments
- Orders are finalized after approval by the business
- Prices are set by the business and may change
- Your payment information is processed securely
- Cancellation and refund policies may vary by business
Appointments and Reservations
- You are expected to arrive at your appointments on time
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
- The business may charge a fee for no-shows
- The business reserves the right to cancel the appointment
Business Membership
- The accuracy of business information is the responsibility of the business owner
- Providing misleading or false information may result in account suspension
- Service may be suspended if subscription fees are not paid on time
- No additional platform commission is charged on online orders; payment provider processing costs may apply
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating fake accounts
- Writing misleading or false reviews
- Compromising platform security
- Harassing other users
- Conducting illegal activities
Limitation of Liability
DEsnaf is not directly responsible for the quality of products and services offered by businesses. Our platform only provides mediation services. In case of disputes with businesses, please contact the business first.
Changes
These terms of use may be updated without prior notice. Important changes will be communicated via email. Continuing to use the platform means you have accepted the updated terms.
