Preliminary Information Form
Form containing the essential matters about which the Consumer must be informed before a distance contract is concluded.

Seller information
The name/title, address and contact details of the Seller offering the product/service are shown on the order screen and on the invoice. DEsnaf is the platform provider intermediating the sale.
Product/service and price information
The following information is presented to the Consumer before the order:
- Essential characteristics and quantity of the product/service
- Total sales price including all taxes
- Delivery/shipping fee and additional costs if any
- Method and time of payment, delivery and performance
Right of withdrawal information
The Consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery. The conditions, period, procedure and exceptions for exercising the right of withdrawal are explained in detail in the Refund and Cancellation Agreement.
Complaints and applications
In case of a dispute, the Consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence within the monetary limits. Approving the preliminary information form confirms that you have obtained this information.
