Distance Sales Agreement
Agreement governing online sales made through the DEsnaf platform, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Parties and subject
This agreement is concluded electronically through the DEsnaf platform between the Buyer (Consumer) receiving the service and the Seller (business/artisan/provider) offering the product/service, and regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the distance sale. DEsnaf is solely an intermediary service provider.
Product/service subject to the agreement
The information presented to the Buyer during the order is an integral part of the agreement:
- Essential characteristics, quantity and sales price of the product/service (VAT included)
- Method of payment, delivery and performance and related commitments
- Name/title and contact details of the Seller
- Delivery/shipping fee if any and total amount payable
Payment and price
The price of the product/service is the amount shown to the Buyer at the time of order. Payment is made through the online payment methods offered on the platform. Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT. Campaigns and discounts are limited to their validity period and conditions.
Delivery and performance
The product/service is performed to the address specified in the order or in the determined manner, within the legal period not exceeding 30 days. Performance is the responsibility of the Seller. For appointment and service-based transactions, performance takes place on the agreed date and time.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery without giving any reason. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (custom-made products, perishable goods, time-sensitive services, etc.) are specified in the legislation. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Agreement.
Dispute resolution
For disputes, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
