Your personal data is processed by the operator of the DEsnaf platform as the data controller, in accordance with KVKK and related legislation. The full corporate identity of the data controller (title, tax details, address, contact) is provided in the Contact section below and on the Information Society Services page.

To provide our services, the following personal data may be processed:

• Identity information (name, surname)
• Contact information (email, phone, address)
• Customer transaction information (order, appointment, reservation history)
• Payment and invoice information (via the payment provider; card data is not stored)
• Transaction security information (IP, session logs)

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Carrying out order, appointment and reservation transactions
• Providing customer support and communication
• Fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, tax, retention)
• Platform security and fraud prevention

Your personal data may only be shared, limited to its purpose, with the following parties:

• The business/artisan/provider fulfilling your order
• Authorized payment institutions for payment transactions
• Legally authorized public institutions and organizations

Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and within the scope of legal retention obligations (e.g. at least 10 years for financial records); it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized at the end of the period.

• Learning whether your data is processed and requesting information
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Requesting correction of incomplete/incorrectly processed data
• Requesting deletion or destruction of data
• Requesting compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing
